ZwinkieMC Donation Terms of Service
By donating to ZwinkieMC, you agree to the following outlined terms of service:
- 1) Becoming a Donator does not make you exempt from the rules or being banned. You are still subject to the same rules outlined in the /rules command and can still be banned.
- 2) ZwinkieMC reserves the right to change the pricing, perks and advantages of any rank at any time without any notice given or without grandfathering in older donators.
- 3) Becoming a Donator will not give you an advantage in the MOD or GM selection processes. This is done on the basis of your personality, not your monetary contribution.
- 4) ZwinkieMC reserves the right to revoke your rank at any time without notice if the Staff deem it necessary for any reason.
- 5) The individual donator is responsible for providing their full Minecraft username during the PayPal checkout process. ZwinkieMC cannot grant perks without this information. Failure to do so may result in your donation rank not being applied to you account.
- 6) At current time, Donators may donate multiple times and move up the donation ranks without paying the full rank price. (i.e., A M+ ($10) donator pays an additional $5, they will become a M++ donator ($15)) For this to be possible, the Donator must contact a staff member and request an invoice for the specific amount.
- 7) ZwinkieMC is not responsible for maintaining or providing a means of account authentication nor a guaranteed way to connect to the game server in a way that does not use Minecraft.net's authentication servers. As such, your donator rank status will not be lost if you try to connect with a different (or offline) authentication method, but to be able to definitely connect to the server, your account must be premium.
- 8) ZwinkieMC reserves the right to change its Donation TOS at any time without notice.
